Difference Between An Allegation And Truth
What is an allegation?
It is a claim or assertion that someone has done something illegal or wrong, typically one made without proof. In the legal system, an allegation is a formal claim against someone. It sparks an investigation that leads to someone being proven innocent or found guilty. In everyday use, however, an allegation is what someone thinks, whether or not there is proof.
What is truth?
That which is true or in accordance with fact or reality.
A fact or belief that is accepted as true.
As one can see, it is not easy to define the truth but there is a great difference between an allegation and truth.
Have you ever been investigated due to an allegation?
Have you ever been wrongly investigated due to false allegations?
Have you ever been treated as a guilty person before being found innocent due an allegation?
Would you agree that both the person who brought the allegation and the accused should be investigated at the same time?
Would you agree that those who conduct the investigation (like headless chickens) by assuming that you are already guilty from the start should be accountable for abusing you for no reasons?
False allegations are powerful weapons used by competitors, foes, jealous, envious, frustrated,
crazy, racist or dangerous people against innocent people. Their aim or motive is to discredit, vilify, defame, destroy or block a third party. Those who use false allegations are quite astute in their dealings. They will do everything to cover their identity or use a proxy. In many cases, they will use powerful tools in their disposal to achieve their evil aims without shame.
Everyday, innocent people groan under the pressure of false allegations as it is now quite easy to spread false rumors, lies, or any other nonsense against another. The most alarming part of all is that nowadays false allegations are quickly treated as truth even before the investigation begins.
Furthermore, those who conduct most investigations often violate the basic human rights of the accused. Similarly, no one will try to investigate the person who brought the allegation.
It would be fair to check if there are other hidden factors that may push one to bring the accusation at the first place.
Fabrication Of Truth
The most disgusting thing about those zealous investigators is that sometimes when they have not found anything to confirm the allegation, they will instead fabricate false evidences to screw up the innocent. In this instance, the investigators that supposed to be neutral are working hard for the person who brought the false allegation.
What a world are we living in?
